Representing Florida, Miller claimed the national title at the Ms. Senior America Pageant in Atlantic City on 15 October 2026, returning to the competition approximately a decade after her first appearance.

Her victory, subsequently featured in Vogue on 23 October, is far more than an inspiring beauty pageant story. It challenges the belief that beauty, ambition, femininity and public recognition belong primarily to younger women.
