Ritika Ramtri Kumar has been educated in various public and convent schools all over the country, owing to the transferable nature of her father’s job. She went on to do her graduation in Psychology and English from the Jesus and Mary College, New Delhi. Ritika’s educational qualifications include an M.A. (English), B.Ed and M.Ed. She has also done a Diploma in Personal Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune and a Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. Her work experience includes teaching assignments at St Joseph’s Convent, Bathinda and The Boys High School (Holy Trinity Annex), Allahabad for a period of six years. Ritika has also worked as Centre Manager – Academy of Charismatic Excellence and Partner – Stance Events and Coordination.

For the past ten and a half years Ritika has been training people of all profiles. She has conducted Personality Enhancement and Soft Skills workshops at the Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training (Siliguri), Griffin Institute of Aviation Training, IIAS (Siliguri), Siliguri Institute of technology, Apex Institute, Elixir Institute of Professional Training, The Indian Business School, Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT), Pune Institute of Advanced Technologies (PIAT), Career Forum Institute, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Oracle Institute, Army School, Kirkee, St Anne’s School, Oakgroves School (Mussourie), the NINOS Institute of Creativity and The Together Institute (Jhansi). She has also conducted a Public Relations program for the NIMBUS Institute, Pune.
Besides training at various institutes Ritika has also done Corporate Training Assignments, which include programs for the Holiday Inn (Pune), ICICI Bank (Mumbai), Human Factors International (Mumbai), Schenectady Beck, Advani Oerlikon, Amdocs (Pune), Clover Technologies, Ashland Systems Private Limited and IBM. She also does honorary counseling work for the Indian Army. Her core competency is in the field of Personality Development and Enrichment. The subjects she specializes in are Public Relations, Business Etiquette, Dressing for Effect and Corporate Dressing, The Art of Fine Dining, Social Graces, Building Self Confidence and Handling Vulnerability, Creativity, Relevant Conversational Skills and Communication, Risk Taking and How to Handle Failure, Telephone Etiquette, Presentation Skills, Interview Techniques, Motivation and Group Discussions to name a few. She also has special modules for Speech Diction, Enunciation and Pronunciation. Besides conducting Personality Development workshops Ritika also writes feature articles for the Times of India, Indian Express, Maharashtra Herald, Midday and Femina. She was also Editorial Coordinator of Pune Femina from 1998-1999.
