 In Gladrags Mrs. India 2010, The Tiara has three representatives: Alka Duggal, Bhagyashri Chandan and Bhartee Gaur. Besides Pooja Chopra trained by Pageant Coach Ritika Ramtri Kumar, Pageant Coach of The Tiara won Femina Miss India World 2009 on 5th April 2009, at Mumbai. She also won Miss Body Beautiful and Miss Beautiful Smile. Ankita Mohapatra, also trained by Pageant Coach Ritika Ramtri Kumar of The Tiara is the winner of Gladrags Megamodel 2009. Mann Sukhija, also trained by Ritika won Mr. India Earth 2009.

She is also the trainer of Miss Kerala 2008 and was the Country Head for Miss Intercontinental 2008.
