Pooja Chopra trained by Pageant Coach Ritika Ramtri Kumar, Pageant Coach of The Tiara won Femina Miss India World 2009 on 5th April 2009, at Mumbai. She also won Miss Body Beautiful and Miss Beautiful Smile. Ankita Mohapatra, also trained by Pageant Coach Ritika Ramtri Kumar of The Tiara is the winner of Gladrags Megamodel 2009.

 

The Tiara Beauty Pageant Training Studio is run by Pageant Coach Ritika Ramtri Kumar who has trained several Femina Miss India, Gladrags Megamodel, and Haywards 5000 Mr. India, Grasim Mr. India, Gladrags Manhunt and Gladrags Megamodel winners. She is also the trainer of Miss Kerala 2008 and was the Country Head for Miss Intercontinental 2008. Ritika Ramtri Kumar has been in the training industry for more than twelve years .She was trained by the Apex Training Services which had collaborated with Tack Training, UK. She has helped many to lay the foundations of a new path. She has also tremendous experience in training top professionals and career people, helping them to have the confidence to address conferences and board meetings and make television appearances.

Methodology

The workshop will be based on the principles of experiential learning. Our workshops weave role-playing, interactive group activities, hands-on experiences, simulation activities, group discussions, visual aids, games, and quiz. The aim is to address problems, challenges and real-life situations with practical and concrete solutions. Our activities are designed to make learning easier for the participants by fostering interaction. They stimulate creative thinking, illustrate new concepts and challenge basic assumptions.
